ADP, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, wanted to improve on a legacy of innovation that started in 1949. The core of the initiative revolved around a re-designed user experience across ADP’s entire product portfolio. The new ADP experience transformed traditionally cumbersome human resources (HR) processes to provide employees a simple and personalized experience from recruitment to onboarding and as they manage their pay, work schedule, benefit choices and career.

Work within a developer-centric organization to champion user-centric product development processes. Additionally, help to define and design solutions that address specific user pain points that exist when using Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and products. Specifically, medical benefits selection, employee onboarding and strategic organizational planning.

I worked with the ADP organization to evangelize design thinking processes throughout the company. I also worked to deliver a completely new design framework that modernized new employee onboarding experiences for open benefit enrollment, payroll and org structure mapping. My work led to increased employee engagement, and increased company revenue.
